I was transferring my website extrasmall.me from Godaddy to Hover.com the other day, and I figured it'd make sense to do a screencast on the process.

1) it's cheaper (hosting at Hover actually saves me money because they have free privacy, where as with Godaddy you have to pay for it).
2) Hover's customer service rocks. Just call their number and an actual person will pick up the phone and help! I don't know how they're able to do it, but it has worked every single time I called them.
