When I'm surrounded by amazingly intelligent people who smack my brain with long and expensive words, I sometimes put on my glasses just to look smarter. Then I smile and nod, as if I absolutely understand what they're talking about. (at the same time I'm thankful I can actually see their eyes now). It's funny how I trick myself in believing some bits of glass and a small frame automatically give me an intelligent-boost. But, nerd = smart. Right?
