Tools for Teaching Social Media

I've come across many interesting tools that help educators teach social media. Many of these tools are available for free online.

Social Media Classroom
This website is a free web service that provides two main services. First of all, it helps educators with digital tools to make their
class interactive. It teaches about the power of social media in the classroom, and helps discussions continue beyond the classroom. The website says it provides "teachers and learners with an integrated set of social media that each course can use for its own purposes—integrated forum, blog, comment, wiki, chat, social bookmarking, RSS, microblogging, widgets , and video commenting are the first set of tools."
Apart from that, the Social Media classroom also helps educators in teaching about social media. The service "includes curricular material: syllabi, lesson plans, resource repositories, screencasts and videos."
They use the term 'participatory media.' They have many different lesson plans readily available online, such as: introduction to forums, blogging, wikis, social bookmarking, RSS, Twitter/Microblogging, Mindmapping, etc.
