I just discovered a list of citizen journalism websites on SourceWatch.org. "The following list of citizen journalism websites illustrates some of the efforts underway to develop new forms of inclusive, participatory journalism."There's no websites under Texas, which makes me wonder if there are no local projects regarding citizen journalism.
But I don't know how often this list is updated and by whom. Also, at the end of the page, there is a large 'unsorted' list, so there's a chance one of those is a local project.
